Greetings Comrades,

This has been a very sad couple of weeks for the Department with the passing of our beloved Comrades, Cooties and most of all friends. I hope you were able to take a little time to honor those that passed away and remember them for the good they did.

The General Order and Memo #1 have been published and are currently listed on the Department website. If you have any changes you would like me to make, inform me of the change and I will do it. Please do not send me the complete GO or Memo and hope I can find the difference.

This is proving to be quite a hectic month for me. I have a major festival on Camp Zama to assist with. I would like to once again remind all Posts that IAW the National Bylaws, each Post must register at least one delegate to the National Convention. Failure to do so will result in suspension.
